Things are still going well, saw my pdoc last week and he prescribed me ambien for my sleep. Tried Ambien for a few days but it made me feel weird and I still had trouble sleeping so I stopped it. Been tired in the mornings as usual but been hiking more in the afternoons which has helped my mood a lot. Been working my AA steps again with my sponser and trying to get to a meeting everyday.
My son Sam, has been a handful lately, I think his ADD has been going wild. He lost his phone last week and then this past weekend he lost his wallet. I got phone calls from neighbors who found the items. I just checked his grades in school and he is getting mostly A's & B's and a few C's. I don't understand how come every single week I get a call from the nurses office that he has a stomach ache and needs to come home. Last week I did what my therapist told me and said, No, I am not going to pick you up unless you have a 102 temperature. Today Sam said to me my teacher said that my mom must not love me because she didn't come pick me up last week. That really irritated that the teacher had the nerve to say that, she doesn't know what I have been going through with my son every week!!!! Some people have a lot of nerve!! Oh well.. Sam has definately become more difficult since he started middle school, just his whole attitude has changed, no respect!!! I am taking him to the therapist once a week, its a battle as a single parent!!! I manage somedays better than others though!!
