Watching Fight Club...great movie. :)
Well I got pre-approved for a second mortgage! I'm going to talk with a real estate agent on Monday and hopefully view some homes. Its not a big loan because of my first mortgage, but there's a couple homes in the price range. The one I'm looking at has been on the market for almost 5 years, looks decent from the pictures but I'm just not sure why its not selling. Kitchen looks a little dated, but that's all really. Well hopefully I'll see it in person next week and see what is going on with it.
Pretty excited though! Really early stages of the loan process, but it's a start.
