It's my 3rd day on Abilify and am feeling better. I am soooo glad that I finally switched to a new pdoc, there's finally hope for me again. I was worried for awhile hanging on to that old pdoc, just getting worse, it was scarey!! I have been able to get things done and I am so grateful. I had a wellness check up this morning, which went well.
Than I ran a few errans, talked to my mom (had a good conversation, it runs hot and cold), went to one of my favorite AA womens meetings which I picked up my 2 year chip today cause last week I was too sick in bed with my depression. They gave me a card from the entire group that all the ladies signed, it was really very special to me. I saw my sponser there and we went to coffee afterwards before I picked Sam up at the bus.
Sam went on a field trip today to the Botanical Gardens. He didn't say much about it, but he doesn't talk to me that much. He is always in a rush to get home to play video games, since he doesn't have homework. I made him pick out some library books to read that he was interested in, he checked out 2 books on police brutality. He has some unique interests!! Whatever gets him reading I guess! I am sick of seeing him sooo addicted to video games, I need to try to help Sam expand his interests.
