Had my 2nd pdoc appt early this morning, I really like him so far. Hopefully he can help me, he told me he spent an hour last night reading my file from my old pdoc and were gonna try some meds that worked for me in the past. I don't remember cause i have been on sooo many meds over the years. He is gonna start me tonight on 1mg of Ambilify, I guess I had some success with that before back in 09. Than later this week he wants me to start on 10mg of Lexapro cause I used to be on Celexa and that worked for awhile too. He mentioned how much he wants me to get exercise and take fish oil.
My son has been difficult lately. He came home sick again today from school. Stomach ache today, everyday is something else...I can't even begin to guess how many days he has missed of school. It's ridiculous! Then when I was at the therapist he called to tell me he shattered the computer screen, thank goodness it was under warrenty. I handled it pretty well, I don't yell that much anymore, I guess I have been too depressed to yell.
Well, I am proud to say that I walked yesterday 2 miles with my dog and a friend around the park . I went back today with my dog and did 3 miles around the park. It was nice weather and I am glad that I am moving around more.  I really have to force myself, but I guess I feel alittle better from it.
