I feel like a broken record. Everyday I have a list of terrible side effects, it gets sooo frusterating. I was suppose to wait till Friday for my pdoc appt but I changed my appt to tomorrow. You think that I was a hypokondriac. My son didn't go to school today cause he was scared that I might be suicidial. Maybe something I said last night like I am tired of living my life like this!!!
Its not my imagination, I truly feel nauseated, numb, anxious, headache, no energy and incredibly frusterated. I went to my therapist today, she said I look better than last week. I don't know how, she thinks I need a physical checkup which I have scheduled later this week, to get my hormones checked. She said I should be doing my daily reading of what I am grateful for. She also thinks I should be forcing myself to go to the gym or hike at least 2 miles a day. That just seems impossible to me right now, the way I have been feeling.

I\'m glad that you got your appointment moved up!! I hope some good comes of it!! My Pdoc told me to walk daily. I hate walking. So far, I haven\'t done it. I\'ve been depressed for ages and it really saps the energy.
That\'s good that you\'re going to a regular doctor to get checked out!!! Your symptoms sound physical as well as mental.
Whatever is going on with you, I hope one of the experts is able to help you!
Hope you\'re feeling better soon!!! (((((Hugs)))))
I HIGHLY suggest one of these:

This may well help you reduce the amount of medication you have to take.
I know that feeling, and the doctors kept saying \"do something positive\" and you\'ll feel better. HA! Yeah right. After 8 months of vomiting, weight loss, nausea and telling them over and over that I had terrible stomach and back pain, they ignored it. I ended up in the ER with a duodenal ulcer. Not sure I could have \"thought positively\" out of that one.
Don\'t let them brush you off. I you feel like something\'s not right, get it checked. And if the one\'s your seeing won\'t help you, then see someone else. I\'m convinced that doctor\'s these days really don\'t care anymore. If your issue is ongoing, they\'ll get less and less interested. We\'re pretty much like cattle these days.
