1st week complete!

I made it through my first week of Couch to 5k.  This week I up my running to 90 second increments and 2 minute walking increments.  I can do this!

That is so awesome! I am thinking about looking into this once I have lost a substantial amount of weight. I haven\'t ran since I was a kid. I think it would be fun!
