1st the good & then the bad!
Good news! I've found new moorings across the other side of the village. About ten boats in total can more at this paticular canal side spot belonging to Woodbrook Farm. Seem nice folks. I get the last and very end mooring under the trees with a view of over the fields :-) No more two feet into the window of another boat!!!!!!I have free water, car park, waste disposal and a bit of canal tow path to mow. The only down side is no mains electricity which means an alternator upgrade for the engine, three more large marine batterys and a wind turbine to help keep me charged enough to run my fridge & freezer. Aiming for a washer also to save going to the laundrette. Hopefully if I can streamline my junk down to be just whats on the boat I'll move from these abusive arsoles over the weekend. Bad news! Now having to fight to stay at the day hospital!!!!!Had a real corker of an argument with an old battle axe of a nurse (later found out she is known for being useless) Doing my boat up is apparently therapy? if I was healthy enough to not struggle to work for more than an hour i'd be back at work anyway. I can walk and carry my bag, therefore i'm fit and have no troubles?????? I enter into group discussions and fetch my own tea or coffee. What part of clynical depression robs me of my speech, legs, arms or brain cells? The fact that after three breakdowns, being burnt out by working 80-100hrs a week for the last 15yrs. Lost two families, three homes, vitually everything I've ever worked for to live hand to mouth (sometimes choosing between a 17p of tinned rice pudding or heating) on a rusty boat. I can no longer cope with any form of stress, phone calls, paper work, aggression, dept, insecurity and most physical activety etc. Non of this counts and i'm fit for complete discharge. The shrink is supposed to be monitoring me every two weeks. now I learn it's every six to eight weeks! Did find out one interesting fact a day to late to stop from being kicked out of hospital. My GP who is an angel informed me that if I feel to ill to be discharged I can refuse to leave the care of the hospital until i'm ready.....and it's perfectly legal and there is nothing they can do to change the fact. So after a friend is going in to see the manager to explain exactly the crap they're dishing out i will also refuse to accept discharge and attend until I feel stable enough to leave. Feeling a bit more hopeful but hate and detest the fighting i'm having to do to get proper treatment. Really angry sometimes which is something I've never known before. I'm turning into Victor Meldrew!!!!! Posting a pic or two of the cows opposite where i'll be moored.
