1st Shot Done and over with....
Well the first shot is done. I got no metallic taste or anything really. I felt a little flush but thats about it. I went over the the pastors house, where my son was at, and hung out there. I lasted about 30 minutes before I passed out and slept for about 4 hours. I got up and ate a huge meal of meatloaf, green beans and mashed potatoes. The I came home and frosted a cake for my son. stayed up until about 9:30 and finally went to bed. It was a very restless sleep and I finally got up at 3 and took a benadryl and slept until 10. Kind of wiped out today. My boss called me about 20 mintues ago checking on me and telling me that he was supporting me and what I was going through 150 percent. That was really cool. Well not its time to make cookies with my son. I'll keep everyone posted.

Great your boss is backing you up like that. Listen to your body, you will know when it time to rest. Drink drink drink water. You\'re doing it!
Yes, and eat!!! I would get flushed and hot after my first shots.....I would use a cold wet cloth and put it on my neck, after the shot.

Well well first shot came and went, good for you.
The effect of the interferon last 36 hours, whenever your sides will start, but it is way to early in the treatment right now to feel any, so hopefully you will get minimal sides to none during your whole therapy.
