Hit 163 today ,that was the goal way back when ,it was harder than I thought it would be , but then again I didn't get to 195 over night ,
I would like to thank my soon to be .9 year old son ,, my gift from above , he rides a mean bike , swims like a fish and can play any sport all day long .
Thank u son for giving me my health back ,for pushing me past what I thought I could do . God sends us the people we need , when we need them and Im so happy he sent you.
