What to Do

Not sure what to do,suppose to be renting a doublewide from this lady who has never rented anything out before,she comes over to the apt.that we are getting out of,with a sheet to be filled out but not a lease,says she will be back that afternoon with lease andnever show's up,tried to call her and left msg and she never returned call,suppose to be out of here in 6 days and this county is hard to find anything in to rent,but,its where the school is that my daughter has to be in.What would my sweet Pat do? well he would probably find something in our old home county (1 county over) and if she had to change school's it wouldn't bother him.I'm trying to be a good mom and keep her in the school she's in but I am running out of ideas,not to mention day's. My old county (sevier) is where pigeon forge,sevierville and gatlinburg are,so the rent is a little higher,there is several singlewides for 550 a month and I think that may be what I have to do.I hate upsetting my daughter this way, but,what else can I do,the only other option is to pack up and go to MS and if we do that I know that I will be at his grave every day and mourn myself to death.I really have a feeling that I wouldn't last 2 years there,it's hard enough here,but there is lots to do here and jobs available,in MS it's totally different,atleast where we are from,nothing to do at all,and no jobs in our area.I wish Pat was here,If he was we would be in our home in sevier and she would go to school there,there would be no worrying about money,not being able to have pets,everything would be great,but,he's not here and it's all up to me and I hate it.
