Oh dear. I hope this is not what my neorolosigst was asking about when he questions me about my dreams, and if l act them out.
Last night, l went to sleep with my darling Tom, and l launched into a terrible nightmare, details rather irrelevant. But l was dreaming that l was in a situation that l needed help from my mom. I then yelled out MOM and wpoke up Tom up who was very caring and concerned.
OMG is that a PD acting out dream? I dont know , but l have never had a dream like that before, which involves me u yelling out.
I am planning to move in with the love of my life next year. Oh gosh that could scare him off, as it scared me to death.
Maybe it was just a nightmare??? But how does that happen that l reach my age of 50 and have never had a nightmare like that.
I don't want it to be an acting out pd nightmare, that my neuro has talked about NO NO NO
