Well i should be flattered, and l am !!! I am in the process of being poached from one company to another? Very flattering, also bit scarey! I need excercise to ward of this pd shit!!! that is what l hear on this site generally. I dont know anyone personally who has pd, and who can confirm it. Will it ? Does it?? Tell me someone1. Neuro says its progressive/ naturpath says l can conquer it ??????????2. I dont need the stress? new job means adapting meaning stress! Need the $$$ that they offer as everything is getting more exxxxxpensiveand my wage just does not cut it anymore. 3. Have a job opportunity with my darling boyfriend, its a casual job, no sick leave, no holiday pay, working in a physical environment,,,,,,,, Need the excercise i think , but will that improve my pd? and i dont think l can afford it 4. MMMMM im not fat (threw that one in as the illusion for needing excercise is being fat) 5. I need more money!!! Fucking hell ( excuse the swearing) dilemma .

Hey
I chart everyday-everything I eat, take as med\'s, take as supplements and how much I exercise.
I exercise (walk 2-4 miles ) every day (195 so far)and it\'s VERY helpful in relieving stress and PD symptoms
I just make it part of my day like taking meds

Exercise is very important Peachy...You must look into starting a regular routine..Anything that gets you moving and your heart rate up is going to help you in so many ways....Once you get a routine going your really going to feel better yanno.
The job thing is a tough one to call..of course we all know..more money doesn\'t always equal happiness? I\'m sure you\'ve talked to your BF about your concerns and thoughts about this new post... I took a very big drop in wages back in 2002,for a job that I thought would make me happier...but things didn\'t work out and I ended in a bit of a state.. At least I tried to change things for the better and didn\'t sit around whinning about my circumstances at the time.
If you took this job and it turned out to be not what you expected...How hard would it be to find another job..or even get your old job back? I\'m not trying to put a negative slant on this..Just trying to say,the things we think will make us happy dont always turn out that way...unfortuately we dont know this unless we at least try to follow our instincts.
Good luck Peachy in whatever your choice is.
How are things going now? I am sorry I missed your journal. I am not getting updates on friends journals or hugs. Don\'t know what is happening. In reading your two responses they seem to be giving good advice. Money is always an issue but happiness has to come into it at some point. I will keep you in my prayers and I hope that you will have a wonderful Christmas. Hugs !! xoxo pat
