Im thinking about doing this.  As my naturopath said the road to recovery was to think happy thoughts ( thats a vague brief description) and not stress thoughts, im thinking about going to a hypnotherapist, to get hypnotized with the message.....Peachybum only think happy, funny and amusing thoughts, and peachybum you dont have pd!  Wonder if that would turn my brain around, i know it is an eccentric thought, but who know?

Also, a lot of naturopaths and traditional doctors recommend yoga and mediation. Personally, hypnotism scares me a little bit, the idea that you become sensitive to hypnotism after undergoing it once, but that\'s also me being extremely paranoid and a control freak, and a lot of people get positive results. Yoga and meditation, if there are classes near you would teach you how to think of nothing at all, like not negative thoughts and not making an effort to think happy thoughts, and the idea is that if you can \"quiet\" your mind, you feel refreshed, energized, and de-stressed, so you might be interested in trying that as well. Some people may call that stupid too but a lot of people are judgmental about things that they are ignorant about so don\'t let those opinions stop you.

Sounds weird! I started yoga and it is really helping along with acupuncture & naturopathy, lots of supplements & meditation/prayer. You will have to keep us updated on this.
