Gosh, l havent written a journal entry for a while.. Yes havent beaten the pd thing YET but i am winning, feeling better ,  and i  will beat this crap disease, no matter what i have to do, research it, excercise it, anything it ... Attitude and effort are everything.  I still feel good smiley-smile.gif...

I went on a mini holiday, with my beautiful partner Tom.  He was fantastic, taking me on long walks of 20klms (for us aussies) 10miles (for you in the USA) Him being 6'2 and me  being 5'3  I found it  very hard to keep up,  the vertically challenge  of the height difference  shows in the stride of my walk, and the pd slowing me down too, (did not mention that to Tom)  but i did it.. felt crap at the time, not due to the pd, but due to the pushing myself,, felt great afterwards (all excercise does that)

I said to  Tom hey how great was that , did l slow you down (knowing i had) him answering well it was an easy walk for him. Wow i thought we were on a marathon of some sort,,,,,,,,, stupid pd , but i love his encourgment, dragging me out there to do it  .one of the many things l love about him is his encouragement.  Lucky me

Please who ever reads this, investigate  Taurine , somebody on this site has  posed a very interesting question, please look it up

bye for now
