pain!!!!!!!!!!

i am in so much pain!!!!!!!! i was at the library and had some book and movies in my hands....i was walking up the steps and my shoe got caught on a tread...i fell on my knees and elbows, i landed on the books and movies, my left knee is skinned as well as my left elbow.....my purse, sunglasses and other shoe went flying......i laid there, spread eagle, and was trying to absorb what had just happened...i tried to get up, but i was so shaken up that i just couldn't....some of the librarians rushed over and said to take a minute.....i fianlly got up and then helped me sit on the bench....i rolled up my jeans and it's all skinned and they had me clean it with wipes and then put some gauze and tape on it...then my left elbow is skinned, so they did the same thing, but put a bandaid on it....then we looked at my other knee and elbow and they're fine....they had me ice the knee for a good 15-20 minutes and then i had to go upstairs to get some books so they had me take the elevator up and down....i cut my errands short and came back to my apartment....i've iced my knee, but that's okay....a big bruise is alreayd forming......my RIGHT elbow is in soooo much pain!!!! i took some ibuprofen and i really hope that's it'll be okay.....it hurts to hold anything and i don't think it's broken.....if it was i don't think i'd be able to bend it.....i'm just in so much pain!!!!!!!!
