An Update!
The "PERFECT" place for my business has been either sold or rented (I'm assuming rented because it happened too fast for a sale).
And ya know, I'm glad. I keep finding more things to research... keep fine tuning my plan.... and my neighbor is going batty again - this time started yelling at a 2 year old playing with my dog - until he realized her mother (a witness!) and I were standing there. And ya know, I needed that to happen. I need to learn how to stay focused better, how to stay calm better, how to keep moving forward despite distractions. Even crazy neighbor ones, lol. And I've still got a whole lot of downsizing to do.
I have this on a post-it on my kitchen cabinets "YOU ARE EXACTLY WHERE YOU NEED TO BE!" Yeah, I've got post-its everywhere, lol... but hey, it works! :) LATER!

You are right--this space was not for you. Something else will come along.
I find things \'\'I really want and don\'t get\'\'--the day comes when I am actually glad that I did not get what I wanted.
When is see crazy people acting out--I am reminded of my own fragile serenity.
