Drama.

Ok, I know I'm a bit dramatic at times...  when you think about it and have a positive attitude, drama can actually be fun...

So, today I unfriended the abusive aunt and uncle on Facebook and put up a post about dignity - mostly to myself - and my sister says "Are you talking to me? LOL". Rolling my eyes, lol. Turns out I really needed this to happen... like looking at a vampyre, I was sucking myself in willingly when what I really needed to be doing was stepping out in the other direction.  And yes, the vampyre analogy is VERY correct, lol.   And what I learned from this experience - is that I'm DEFINITELY not ready for a new relationship yet, lol.

I'm glad this happened.... I'm ready for my next stage! ME!! Time to start working on that career change and my bike race in September..... oooo another ADVENTURE!!

LATER!

I just read your last couple of journal entries.. As usual, I relate!

I also ignored the red flags and tended to just take them and bury them in the yard.

I also had those rose color glasses. OMG! what I saw when I took them off was really ugly. I was violated on such deep levels. I don\'t even blame my ex, he\'s so ill he will never see it.

The worse part of it all? Is that it stems from my childhood. All I knew what being emotionally violated so I picked him and then set it up! ugh.

The good news is just as I crafted this odd life to ultimately deal with and shed light on adult resolution of issues. I can craft a positive life or if you are feeling metaphorical (I HIGHLY suspect you are- ha!) my NEW cabin. I to cannot wait to unfriend numerous vampires from my life.

Thanks for posting all of this and articulating what I couldn\'t. ;)
