Why?!!

My back is hurting so much!....chiropractor says I overdid at the gym, no more treadmill only elliptical, biking, & swimming from now on. Currently between 153 & 156, would like to get down to 145. Hopefully recovery is less than 3 days, so work doesn't trip too much but, I can barely walk, stand, & move. Only really feel comfortable lying on my belly with a pillow underneath my stomach & feet or seated with a pillow behind me. GAH, I have the back of a damn 50 year old & I'm only 25! I was doing so well to my cardio was finally getting good I was getting into a nice routine at the gym 4 or 5 days a week (have to take it down to 3 days maximum DR's orders) & now this! I hope things get better soon I'm kind of at a loss right now.

It\'s easy to push yourself too hard. I\'ve definitely done that before too. I find swimming to be the easiest on my body. I swim everyday and even managed to make a club team.

Thanks for kind words...really helped me out, I\'m having a hard time finding the happy medium between what I want to do & what my body is capable of. But, I suppose with rest, patience, & diligence I work through it.

You\'re lucky that you get to go to the gym, I luckily get to walk 10 mins without my back aching... Just hang in there, it\'s not easy but in time it will get better. Have high hopes \")
