I scrapped again. not bad only a tiny bit but i still did it. I want to come off my tablets coz i cant control myself anymore they make me fidgety and i cant sit still, they make me eat. im seeing the dr 2moro so hopefully she can help.
Will be thinkin of you tomorrow. Hope the doc can advise you, maybe change ur meds. You might get used to them and be okay though. See what she says.

i want to come off my pills too, but unfortunatly there are too many people that dont agree with me so i hope that you have better luck than me, im sorry that you felt the need to cut, im hoping that you dont feel like that again xx
