I feel so sick i might just chuck! Ive just got in from a very long meeting and i feel so incredibly rough and im not sure i can cope coz no matter how much i sleep i wake up more tired than when i went to sleep!
you know i know exactly how ya feel.i have m e and never feel like i have had a good nights sleep.the pain thing to,i could also cry and cry with pain,its total shit in it.i am so sorry you are feeling so bad today,all my love xx
