Im watching supersize me and it is disgusting making me feel quite sick! all those really over weight people and all that greese and fat how can they do that to themselves. I feel a bit......well quite sick and a little dizzy.

THAT is the effect of laxative abuse and comes from the dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Not the tv show, though I agree it IS disgusting.
