So i didnt quite come clean with the doctor. Not that i didnt try though i told her how i was feeling and said i hadnt really been eating properly which was a big step for me but she didnt ask about it. She said i have flu and dehydration and if i dont feel better tomorrow them i have to go straight back so i will try again tomorrow
