went for a bike ride today then walked into town so been a good day only taken 4 laxatives so far aswell but had a gingerbread latte in starbuck yikes i forgot how sweet and sugary they are lush tho.
oh emma emma emma what can i say?.... why dont we have a starbucks in our town huh? it is the american coffee shop thing i thinkin of isnt it? lol! well sod the laxatives i had huge roast dinner instead followed by chocolate of course!! yum yum
