I was awake all night i only slept for an hour and woke up soaking wet coz i had sweated so much but within minutes i was freezing after that i didnt sleep. i wanted to curl up and disappear my whole body felt ike it was in over time and had loads of energy and i couldnt lye still or get comfortable then it felt like i had bugs in my ears running in them and going in to my head i just laid there all night and cried. my friend called this morning and made me promise to go to the doctors. well i phoned them hoping they wouldnt be able to see me coz i dont want to see anyone feeling this way and they said i could go straight away. when i got there the receptionist had booked me in with another doctor and said that i couldnt change and had to see her! I nearly cried there and then and i said i would cancel it then she finally gave  me an appointment with my doctor this afternoon so now im spending the day under my duvet on the sofa watching bad tv and probably not even going to go to work!
