I just got back from a training day with my line manager and she told me something really amazing and theres no1 home to share it with. I did this summer project called rec2rec and i worked 2 day in one village and 2 days in the another for 6 weeks. We did sports and arts. Anyways my line manager was in a meeting last night with the people who employed me to do the project and they were so impressed with what i had done over the summer that they want to run it again in halfterm but not only that they have requested that i manage it again and they dont want to share me with the other village they want me to day all 4 days in the same village!!! How cool is that?! Im so excited. She said they spent most of the meeting talking about me and how well i had done and how much they love me!!! which is even more impressive coz these people are horrible! My line manager has also asked if i will go to the next meeting coz she cant go so wants me to go in her place!!! now thats scary but mega cool. She has been in her job 13years ive been in trainning 2yrs and in a job 2months!!!!
