I am feeling really good! and smoke free. Smoking has only been a rare fleeting thought so the Champix is doing it's job.
The fact I was having a circulation problem in my legs, and the warning from my Doctor that if I continued smoking I was risking besides other things amputation of a limb.
I have a photo of my leg on the home screen of my Iphone so every time I use my phone I see my leg which reminds me never ever smoke again or risk losing it.
I have had a few rewards with the money saved by not smoking so I am just going to have a good think about my next one.

28 days smoke free and still feeling great! I managed to get a really good deal yesterday, I exchanged my Mac computer for a bran new Mac 21inch I only had to add 50 a month for 8 months and that\'s with 3 years applecare so that was my big reward for doing a month well almost Lol. I was spending 170 a month on cigarettes so that still leaves me 120 a month to spoil myself over the next 8 months then its back to 170 a month and I get to keep my legs.
