Had once again a night of living hell ! HOT FLASHS ,, grrrrrrrrr oh well !whats one more night am getting used of it ,, seems to be a part of mylife for a while , might as well go along with them right????... am off to Dr.lubanie child specialist wit my two kids,, time of year for them ,, alergie ashma,, bronc... infected eyes ..head cold,,,,but am happy its not a.. all year round , they mostly get this trew october and then back in april or may,,, depending when the snow as all melted from winter ! .............. oh oh this mommy his sneezing this morning!.....chicken noodle soup for me today , just incase hehe ,, instand cure ! ,,,, wish you all a great day my ds friends !,, kids be going to school after ther appointment ,, mommy be going back to bed ,, I think lol ,, never know here wo will pop at my day ! ,,, lock it up turn off phone volume ,, turn off cell , ummm? might just work lol ..... hugs to all of you ds friends ,,,, Delores and Sensative big hugs and kisses going your way Duck! hehe xxxxxxxxxxxxxxoooooooooooooooooooo

Hope the kids are feeling better real soon and you don\'t get sick too. Back to bed would be good here as it is a rainy, nasty morning, Hot flashes have hit me hard again too. I am really not sure what is going on with me!!! Hugs back to you, Deloes
We\'ve had a cold snap so I welcome my hot flashes right now. (They aren\'t nearly as bad as yours!)
There are a lot of sick friends here on DS right now.....seems so early for the flu bugs to have started.
