ohhhhhhhhhh what a hard night ! up most of the night ! to hot to sleep! the temparature didnt go down lower then 20 celsius all night ! just warm breeze coming in trew open window .. ouff ,, got up at 6.15am ,, taught i could go sleep on sofa where my A/C is in my living room grrrrrrrrrrr forgot i closed it last night thinking the temparature outside would go down low ,, daaaaaaaaaaa me ! oh well am cooling down the house now with A/C and going to take a nap so i can be wide awake to make a BBQ today at b/f place ,,,,, Yes Delores at b/f's place again grrrrrrrrrr lol ,,,,,ohhhhhhhhh my head hurts from lack of sleep,,, of to bed i go ! bye bye all for now ! hope you all have a wondefull day while am in lala land hehe ,,, xxxooo to all my DS friends ..

Awwww Sam, I hope that you got your rest. I woke up last night sweating to beat the band. I love the warmer weather, but with these \"lovely\" hot flashes, it has killed me. Cooler weather setting in today tho. My bf said we broke a record 99 at some places around here. Yesterday I was getting out of my counseling session, which, I don\'t know, makes me a bit intense sometimes, I was having a nasty hotflash and this guy was just trying to be nice and I must have shot him a look because he just put up his hands and said, \"okay, miss, yeah, he better say miss...lol, you try and have a nice day\" I felt so bad, but anyone who has hotflashes and it is already hotter than you know what, you just don\'t want to be messed with. Am I right or on an island all by myself?!?!?!?!?!? Let us know how your bbq went.....HAVE FUN!
Gee girlfriend, why did you turn your ac off!! Heat and hot flashes are not a good combination. It is really hot here too, but hope to have better temps soon. It is September after all. lol Hope you bq was fun and you are rested by now. Miss chatting with you, maybe next week, Hugs to you!
I never go without the air condition. When my husbands at work I turn it down even more. Had couple of hot flashes myself during night woke up hot and night sweats. Not too bad but bad enough. Haven\'t been sleeping well either dear. Hope you got some rest. I would recommend not cutting off your air. Suppose to get cooler here and some rain we need it soooo badly. The 80\'s will be nice after 90 degree weather. Hugs to you.
