OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH will mother nature get some HRT please lol she was in some hot flash today 94 farenhiets tomorrow will be the same ! then she a falling again into cold flash ! i tell you if anyone needs HRT it mother nature lol ,,,,,,aldo it was hot outside my day went well at least i had no hot flashs today ,,,but this migrain with no pain is grrrrrrrrrrrr i get half blind instead of getting the pain ,,,, oh well at least up to now tyonals help me get my eyes sight back fast compare to if it was head pain ,,,, but am fine now ! have a great w/e to all my Ds friends ! xxxooo

I know you are miles away from me but we are having the same hot weather. It is to cool down here next week, but it has been so hot this week again, went to 97 yesterday and the day before, only 92 today and cloudy, maybe some rain on the way. It is so dry here you choke just walking through the grass, it is so very dry. Hope your headache is better and you have a good weekend. Hugs to you!!
