well pull trew another day of 100 degrees outside but with tunderstorm,, still raining ,, the worts is that today is the begaining of my next 15 days of monthly hotflashs and night sweats ,,, the count down as began,,,, but am hanging in ther ,,,, i would like to send hugs to all my friends here but it to hot so am sending flowers instead lol ,,,

Hang on, we can get hot, sweat, cool off, and chill. Isn\'t it wonderful to be a woman!!!! It is hot here to so I spend most of my time inside with the ac. I don\'t do heat and humidity well at all. Hope your day is good and you are able to stay as cool as possible.
