WHAT THE %^&*

Ok for the last 2 weeks i have had pregnancy feelings. Like boob tenderness an lower abdominal pains, cant sleep on my belly ect ect. Well i was on prometrium. i started spotting on Friday last week n now iam on AF... (YUCK). Iam still having the same symptoms. I cant do ab stuff at gym with out getting a bad pain in my abdominal area. N my boobs still hurt i cant sleep even with my sleeping pills an iam constantly nauseas n right side of belly is very hard. But iam off the prometrium for now. So should i call my doc n see whats going on or is it just side affects of meds?
