Ok My endo doc called me thursday n said he wanted me to start tracking my basal body temp. I bought the special thermo thing (eekk $10) an now i need to know what to do? I know iam not suppost to move b i take temp n i have to have sexy time with in 24 hrs. But how do i know its the right time?

You will start seeing a spike in your temp... the way its supposed to work is after u keep track for a few months you will start to notice the changes in temp. Once it spiked really high normally means u ovulated. Then normally if u get pregnant the temp stays elevated. It will be a couple months before u notice changes. Look up basil temperature online it will tell u exactly how to do it... good luck, and keep us posted.

Smight is correct, you are looking for a higher temp for about 2 days and those are your fertile days. There are some calendars you can print online where you can just circle the temperature and note any changes. Good luck! :-)
