What a week it has been!!! 

In my last journal I wrote about feeling like I need more money but scared about leaving my comfort zone( my co workers and familiar client base) to make this happen for me.

Well things played out way different than planned this week!!!! First of all my supervisor's mom - in - law died on Monday night. Therefore I was asked to work more shifts to cover for her sudden absence. I was happy about getting this extra work but found that with that came more responsibilities.

I found myself  pushing through my comfort zone and dealing with more problems that came to me directly and not avoiding them as I have done in the past. What I did is internally I reminded myself that there was no real danger, I can handle things and to calm down and do the best I can with whatever situation faced me. Using these strategies I went through situations that I normally do not touch.

I learned so much from facing my fears in such a way:First of all that I could do more than I ever

thought I could do. That there really is not much to be afraid of when dealing with people. Actually they seemed to appreciate when you face things directly. Also when they get upset or irritated by stuff It can be managed with good communication skills and impeccable manners. Also I learned I can survive their disappointment and upset and  still feel good about myself.

After working so hard for my workplace I was very disappointed when there was trouble at the bank with my pay check and now I have to wait longer to receive it. There is nothing I can do about it.

Everything will have to wait!!!
