AFTERMATH OF SHATTERED PICTURE FRAME INCIDENT. First of all I would like to thank everyone who supported me and gave me insight into this occurrence.I really appreciated it and I saw the whole thing from different perceptions. I am determined to be free from this outdated way of being and  I am starting to live with higher self esteem, self love and acceptance.   LIVING WITH HIGHER SELF WORTH: Well on Sunday my family needed T.T.C tickets in order to use public transportation down to High Park in Toronto for some time in nature and with each other. Shoppers drug mart sells these tickets. My family decided to wait for me inside the donut shop we were going to share a snack. At first I started to make my way to the bank (next door to  Shoppers Drug Mart ). As I approachedit I remember the incident that had occurred there, and could not help to look in to see if the same manager was there(I did not see her). After doing the banking I went straight in a to the counter where a familiar cashier was working. I said hello and asked her for the T.T.C tickets and then I paid her. I noticed I was not nervous and did not stutter or have trouble paying the bill.I walked out there feeling good and I enjoyed the rest of the day  at High Park as well.I am starting to live in a new way!!!!

You\'re not giving up, and that is great! it\'s tough, it really is, i understand, but if we learn coping techniques, we all can benefit greatly. :)
