For the last couple of days I have tried to express the real me!

What I mean by that is being the warm, relaxed, fun and wise person I am under all the

F E A R, ANGER, AXIETY, WORRY, TENSENESS.

IT'S hard for me to live like this and sometimes I get tripped up, in other words I fail (miserably)

something or someone will trigger my negatively and I will be lost in it for a while.

But increasingly I am making better minute by minute  choices of how I should perceive situations

and people.

I am choosing to say yes to life and people even though sometimes it takes all my strength and

 determination to do so.

Yesterday's examples:  We had a person bring all sorts of critters to the childcare and I said yes

each and every time I was asked if I wanted to touch something or let it sit or crawl on me.

This was hard to do because some of these animals I do not like for example: a baby rat, Huge

African centipedes and two snakes. On the other hand all the children were watching me and I

wanted to show them an example of being brave and saying yes to life.

2) I attend a group where we discuss spirituality etc... and then  I got so busy and I started not to

go for a few months. Well I got an e-mail in which the leader asked if I was going to attend this Thursday. Deep down I had a irrational fear that he was mad at me and was going to express his

disappointment to me. What would I do then!!!

Well I decided to ignore this fear and say yes I was coming. Well everything turned out get fine!!

He actually said I am glad you did not drop out!!!! Everyone else treated me fine as well. Even

though I was a bit on the quiet side, I tried to mingle in at the end!

You are a brave soul to let those animals crawl on you, but I understand you were trying to be brave in front of the kids. Good for you!!
