FIGHTING THROUGH THE FEAR
Many times throughout my daily life I feel like a little girl saying, I don't want to look,
mommy don't make me!
I am often afraid of: looking at my finances, my mail (e-mails and other),
my health
my relationships
my past
my future
Worst of all I am not that comfortable going outside or attending social situations.
This translates into little things turning into big things because of neglect.
When I take the time to ask myself what's going on here!
I realize that I am expecting the worst to happen in each area of my life and underplaying me
abilities to handle each situation.
WELL INCREASINGLY I AM FACING MY FEARS, AND THE PAY OFFS ARE HUGE!!!!!
what I found is that often BIG things turn little again because I am attending to things.
My confidence grows as I successfully deal with things or at least face them.
Back into the lion's den I go!!!

It\'s good to see you facing those fears! You can do it!
Yep, ya gotta face them. I read a quotation the other day I liked: \"When fear knocks at your door, send faith to answer it,and you will find no one there\" So glad you are facing them and learning from them. I was the most frightened child you can imagine, hiding whenever anyone came, hiding from the fighting going on in the house, hiding from mom and her evil temper. I was afraid of everything that was bigger than me. Take it slowly, so you can be discerning; some things you need to be afraid of. Love you, Joan
