My Son Co operated today!!!

The day started out with me getting out of bed after a unsettling night of tossing and turning.

I  felf a lot of resistance inside and tenseness. First of all I couldnot get myself to go outside and takecare of the weeding like I had planned on doing at 6 a.m.

Then when I though about the morning meet with the CBT therapist I was suppose to take my son to

my bad mood and tenseness got worse.

I did not want to face my son's resistance or meeting this professional!

I ploded ahead anyway!

I talked to my son and got him moving!

There was a couple of minutes which were pretty harried but we got through them!

(when he wouldnot talk to me and when he said he should end it all right now)

HE CO OPERATED TOTALLY I WAS SO PROUD OF HIM AND I AM SO FULL OF HOPE!!!!!
