In the midst of this life changing fiasco I've been neglecting (indifference) my physical health; so much focus invested in keeping a status quo mentally that I've abandoned managing my diabetes..yesterday & today I tested my blood/sugar for the first time since last August upon feeling symptons - I had a reading of 460 mg/dL - a health reading should be around 100 mg/dL or slightly below..I'm feeling the familiar symptons of frequent urination, excessive thirst, and constant fatigue - I have to sleep in my car at lunch just to get thru the afternoon..The last time I almost went into a diabetic coma after reaching 680 mg/dL in 2011; this time I really don't care; I'd rather let nature take it's course..I'm so tired, fed up, and honestly just don't want to take ownership or responsibility of this life anymore..I don't necessarily want to die but I don't want to live either; can't stand this pedestrian/limbo state I'm in; I just feel like taking my hands off the steering wheel and let fate take charge here on..

Oh sweetie...I hate to see you react this way. Please take your medication and/or watch your diet. You are a compassionate human being and deserve to live a good life. Huggs and love xoxo

Please see your Dr. as soon as you can to access what can be done for the fatigue. It must be agonizing to be torn between two worlds - and unable to fully choose either.

I\'ve been sending energy to a friend over a situation of her Mom declining rapidly and I will send you energy also. I\'ll be thinking of you.

I \"get it\", just wish you\'d at least try to get that sugar under control to some extent. No need to add physical problems to the mental ones.
You\'re a very compassionate person and I know, at the least, here, if something did happen to you, a lot of people would be very hurt.
We may be out in here in cyberspace but that doesn\'t change the caring!!!

Mal I totally understand how you are feeling. I have been doing the same thing with my diabetes. And as you know have been wanting to die, but in someway don\'t.
You know I care very much about you and would hate for you to not be here!!!!
