Yesterday, Friday, I met with my lawyer. She was fabulous. She is not from here, but has her office here and in a small town, that is so important. We did all the paperwork, and she filed it for me the same day. Glenn is to be served this weekend and I go to court for emergency support as he has stopped the deposits into our account. He has given me money for the house payment thank God, but as everyone, there are many more bills than that. I stopped into his parents house. They are still in Ozzie and Harriett mode. I proceeded to tell them that I was going to buy Glenns equity out. We have part of the family farm in our name so telling them that this will go into my kids and my name was hard for them to take. They were very upset. I realize they are not upset with me, but with the situation their son has put us all in. His mother said that she had a plan. Her plan is that whoevers turn it is to be with the kids, that person stays in the house. Afterall, the kids will be gone to college in five years. DO YOU BELIEVE SHE SAID THAT TO ME? Needless to say, I wanted to ask her if she has lost her mind, but I didnt. I just stood up and said, I am making Glenn an offer and if for whatever reason he refuses, he will force the sale of our part of the farm because he could not afford our house payment and child support. It would be impossible. Besides, I am not going anywhere. This is my childrens only home they have ever kown and that i was staying here with them. I have worked very hard for 13 years to make this house a home for our family. I have done nothing wrong and that they need to be directing their anger to their son instead of me. That will be the last time I speak to them about what is going on. Glenn is on his own now. He called today (Saturday) and 1230 to see Wesley (Sara is with her cousing). I said sure. He came up, spent 15 minutes in his room with him, then was going to drop him off down to road at his Uncles house.I asked him if he anything he wanted to talk about regarding my offer. He said he had not been served yet, but that he would only end up paying child support and I better get ready for a lifestyle change. I said that he would pay what the law says and that maybe he should go to the library and get a book. I said I was not going to fight with him. He said he wanted to mediate with my lawyer. I said that there is nothing in this house worth fighting for. He said he did not want to go to court and that he would not fight me over the house. He knows that as an adulterer he has no defense, so thank God for that. I told him that he was suppose to be served this weekend, so try to stay close to where he is staying. I also told him that they have his girlfriends address too, so he could be served there as well. The last statement was not true, but it sure felt good saying it. You should have seen his face. I turned around and went on the back deck. He left. Thank God.

Oh well done you. I\'m so proud of you. I wish I could have seen his face. You keep fighting for the house, you deserve it (I wish I could afford to keep mine). The kids must be so proud of you, you are a star. keep strong and take care.xxxx
