Pain
Never felt so much in one go, Hurts so bad I cant even turn over in bed without it screaming at me. I dnt know if it is bursitis anymore because now its been almost a month and it hasn't gone away, and I thought it would be recovered by now.
I have even had to remove one of my goals, the fitness one, because of the pain being too much to work out. Even getting up from a sitting position is agony, I cried myself to sleep with the pain and I never cry, felt like such a failure crying over the pain and abandoning my goal, but at the same time I know Im not, because I endure hours in work on my feet with this pain so I know I havent failed, I do find that sometimes distraction helps with the pain, just like it does with emotional pain. So I might find a hobby like writing a blog if I find a good blogging site and good topics to write about.
The worst parts are in the morning, when Im just getting out of bed, which is a struggle, and at night in bed, that is when the pain is at its peak. It means that Im in the same position all night because it hurts too much to move which doesnt help. I really dnt know what to do to ease it for good.

im so sorry you are hurting this much i hope tomnorrow will be a better day for you
Heat tends to do wonders for this type of pain. Perhaps you could end your day with a very, very hot long soak in the bath, then go straight to bed. Using heating pads on the spot where the bursitis/pain is during the night will also keep that site not quite so stiff while you sleep, making it easier to get up in the morning. I noticed your other problems on your Profile, but an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen is great also for this type of pain and it\'s not addictive.
Take care.
Thank you for the tips, its just swollen right now and I heard that ice is best for swelling
So sorry to hear about all of your pain but you found a great place to make friends who have so much in common!!
Hugs, Cindi
