Tired ...

I tried to write in here earlier, bit ended up going out shopping to exchange some things I got her for her birthday last week. It is the first time in a while we've done something together. I'm glad she seems to be in a better mood. I did some talking with her about the basics on the PD stuff and some of the effects on us ... tried to make it not heavy or long. She was talking about her IBS; I told her I get that sometimes (but infrequent, thankfully!), usually when a stress is severe and out of my control to effect change. I basically talked about how sometimes people cope with difficult situations and gave examples; then said that we develop a habitual response, even when we don't need to use those earlier methods anymore. I got the idea it made sense to her. Neither of the girls have said anything about their father for a while and I haven't really seen any indications of their interacting, but I wouldn't necessarily. That's the beauty of unlimited text and etc ... so much you can do that nobody will ever necessarily know a thing about ... I'm tired ... trying to get things done and catch up here and there with things I meant to get to way back ... not much sleep the last couple days. I was cleaning earlier and now have a "chlorine headache"; oh, how I hate the smell of bleach! Well, hoping to catch up on some reading for a few minutes on a "break", finish a couple of things and stumble off to bed to get ready for another day ...

That\'s inspiring that you could explain the habitual patterns to your girls. It\'s so much healthier than being IN that relationship.

Texting is an interesting communication device. I\'m not quite certain how I feel about it. Great tool though.
