update
Thanks for the birthday hugs. I spent the day in the hospital with my sisters and my Mom as they finally put in a pacemaker for her. So far things are going pretty well with her. The pacemaker is doing the job of keeping her heart rate even and in a range it should be. The first part of this year her heart rate was staying in the 140-150 range, then they shocked her heart and the past month her heart rate was staying in the 40-50 range. In the meantime her blood pressure was really high, then after her pacemaker the first 3 days it was low. Hopefully we are on the path now to get that at a decent range. That is the reason I had to back out on this years retreat.
I was so excited to see all of you this year and it would have been my first trip ever to Florida, but I needed to be here with Mom of course. I truly am shooting for next year...I miss you all so much and I miss our talks and real hugs. For now just know that I will be with you in spirit and thinking of you all. Please remember to include my Clinton in your activities. Love you all and hoping you all have a wonderful and healing time...Lynn

Lynn, hope you will get to celebrate your birthday now that Mom is doing okay. I too am missing the retreat again hopefully next year. Be good to yourself. Hugs, Kathy
so glad your mom is feeling better...... I am also looking forward to next years retreat.... see you then!
Glad to hear your mom is doing better.
Lynn, I too am glad to hear your mom is doing better. I wish the moms here and wonderful, beautiful and healing retreat. I will not be able to make it this year either but for the first time am thinking I feel well enough to maybe make a future one if my luck holds out and retirement is not too hard on the budget. I would love to meet you and the other moms! Sending love to your mom, Clinton, and of course, YOU! Leda
A pacemaker can be such a lifesaver. My dad had one for a low heart rate which is unusual, yet the difference it made in the last years of his life was remarkable. Hoping this proves so for your mom.
Understanding fully about the retreat and hopefully 2016 will work out. I am sorry to be missing out on it too.
Much love sweet woman and I often think of the moments we have shared at past retreats and always how very special they were. :)
Love to Clint, his precious mom and continued healing for your mom,
XO Joanie

Dear Lynn, I hope that your dear mom is doing better every day and that her heart rate and blood pressure are normalizing.
