sad

I cannot help crying and being sad today.  I know from Barbara that it is okay to grieve for her and do it in whatever way I need to.  I also know that I will again climb out of this sad and dark place to honor her and to help others in whatever way I can.  So many wonderful tributes, loving words and thanks have been written to her, but I'm sure you all agree that nothing we can say can truly express what an amazing life force she is to us.  Love and hugs to Barbara's family and all my wonderful sisters here!!!!!
