It's been 8 weeks today since Clinton's accident. I seem to be in a numb state. I really hate Monday's at ll:00 a.m. when he fell from the ladder and 4:10 p.m. when they turned off the machines keeping him alive. I miss him soooo very much and would really love to have a big ole bear hug and a "love you Mom" from him. Parents just aren't supposed to have to bury their children. Any time my youngest grandson (6 years old) gets hurt he cries and cries for his Daddy and that breaks my heart. I wish I could take away their pain. We do talk about him all the time and remember all the wonderful times we all had together and that helps. After Clinton's funeral I couldn't even imagine that I would be able to continue to put one foot in front of the other but here I am, still doing what needs to be done. It's not the same but I guess it's good that I'm still going on. I still experience the pain alot but I am starting to be able to have some pleasant times too. It has helped me to be able to communicate with you all and get your concern and encouragement. I pray for all of us everyday, that each of us will find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories of our beloved children.
