I am finally back from Hawaii andit was a lot of fun but I am exhausted and I have pain where I have never had pain before. Can you over due it or am I just out of shape!!! I am back at the aquatic center and I hope that will work! I told my husband how bad I was hurting and he just said that I had to deal with it and get on with life! So I guess I will try!

I just got to see my 11th grandchild born on Tuesday and she is so sweet!! I could just sit and hold her all day!! They have found some cysts on my parodid glands so I have to have that checked out and they also did a MRI on my spine.
