Wow, I can't believe that it has been a month since I have written in my journal. Work is going very well. I am down to 224. I have to buy new undies the ones I have now are falling down a lot so I guess its time. I also need some dress pants for school. I'd love a pair of jeans, but I don't want to buy any yet. I sure hope that my stomach goes down. I know I will have excess skin there because that is the biggest part of me, but I want to be able to see my shoes. I can eat just about everything, except rice, it fills me up too fast, and then I feel sick for a while. I have more energy thanI did before the operation and I feel great. I was concerned that I wasn't losing weight as quickly as I was, but then a few more lbs dropped off this morning. I did start exercising. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and 30 minutes of strength training (windsor pilates) I love it and I feel so good. I exercise in the morning and feel great the rest of the day. I only weigh 10lbs more than my husband now, I can not wait until I weigh less than he does. Its been 25 years since I have done that. Maybe I will put on a pair of his jeans and say hey mind if I borrow these? LOL. I can't wait. I am not sure what size I am. I was a 4x top, and I think I am down to a 2x but the clothes sure do run funny, some are to big and some are to small. I guess that is the way it goes. I can't wait to see a size 12 or 14. I am big boned, and I am thinking that is where I will probably stop losing. I went to my nieces' wedding and had baked alaska and a glass of champange diluted with flat ginerale. Wow I thought I was in heaven. No reprocussions thank God. Well gotta go get my son some dinner. Dear Journal ttyl

Sounds Great!! I\'m so glad you are enjoying the working out. I already enjoy yoga (even though some of those moves are impossible for me right now). Anyway, keep up the good work and stay positive. Good Luck!!
