well I missed a few days, I have had surgery, and it has gone well. I have gas and soreness, but that is about it. Surgery was Monday the 23 and I came home at 9 am on the 25th. My throat is dry at the back and sometimes sore, but I think that was from the airway or what ever they used when I was out. I lost 18 lbs pre surgery, and 5 lbs after.  I am on liquids only with a protien shake 2 times a day. Yes I am sip sip sipping. I see food on tv and think I want it but I don't really, because I am not hungry. (Just the old habit rearing its head.) I was so at peace before the surgery  I know God was with me. I don't know why I am so suprised God is always with me, but I guess that's just us humans for ya. til tomorrow
