July 10th Wow am I glad I found this site. I am still scared and I know I will miss food, but I need to be healthy. I want to see my grandkids if I have them and be able to be active with them. Surgery in 13 days, God I wish it was over. I'm scared about the changes that will happen in my life. Whoh I have got to get it together. I was 290 lost 15 and am trying to lose more before surgery. Wow this is un-nerving. Oh well I guess this too will pass
