183.6 x 2 + 45 min run = goodness
OK, that's alot of numbers. I'll just say this: I ran again this AM. Prolly 4-5 miles, taking me about 45 minutes. Less sore this AM, feeling less awkward, which fortunately shows how easy it is for me to slip back into a health routine (still, it's always easier to fall out). Anyway, I ran, then I ate a waffle (wife just got a new waffle maker...couldn't say no), then weighed myself. Results are on my goal page. Making progress.
