Hello friends,

I have been so absent from all of you while going through all the things necessary for breast cancer recovery... The most humorous part is that I was more worried about flare-ups and spasms than I was about losing my hair and going through chemo...imagine that...I took all my fibro meds more often so as to hopefully avoid a spasm and it worked...flare-ups on the other hand were many...impossible to avoid...I was quite vocal to all the physicians about having fibro and actually very firm about my care and concern...there were those who didn't get it...and those who did...the ones who didn't get it heard my voice loud and clear...to the point that I wouldn't sit in a chair or lie down on a bed or table until it was just the way I needed it...so hello and I'm doing very well....it was a miracle that I found it which made going through treatment really alright...hope you are all doing okey...Susan
